KPS demonstrates software at Hosakowa Micron Powder processing Conference

KPS demonstrated their Intelligent Plant Control software at the recent Hosakowa Micron Powder processing conference in Runcorn.

Hosokowa Micron is a global leading supplier of a comprehensive range of Powder & Particle processing, Blown Film processing, and Confectionery & Bakery technology & systems. KPS offers software solutions to improve the performance of particle processing plants including increased yield, throughput and reduced energy consumption. The Intelligent Plant Controller provides real time closed loop control and optimisation of multivariable processes. KPS demonstrated an example of automated mill control where product particle size distribution was controlled by adjustments to rotor speed, air flow and classifier speed.
