Intelligent Plant Controller is a real time closed loop control
and optimisation machine interface that that not only meets client's rigorous
product quality requirements, but reduces their operating costs as well.
Intelligent plant technology is revolutionary in that these model-based
multivariate controls are customised specifically for each application
ensuring very accurate and precise controls plus optimisation for minimising
costs, all at an extremely low cost and fast speed of implementation.
- Unsurpassed set up. KPS' Process Data Analyser (PDA) is used to rapidly
automatically generate process models from data.
- Versatile. Models of more than one attribute can be used to provide
multivariable control. For example, a hammer mill application controlled
the entire particle size distribution by controlling three separate
particle size results.
- Minimise costs, maximise production and maintain quality.
- Optimisation calculates machine settings to best meet product specifications
within operating criteria and constraints such as minimum operating
costs.
- Change recipes quickly and cost effectively. Different recipes can
be input and the controller will automatically find the new goal in
the minimum time. Multiple models can be used to provide accurate controls
even with wide-ranging feedstocks.
